1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Agility Engineering & Contracting Company LLC, a company established in Abu Dhabi, UAE: Al Masaood Tower, 16th Floor, Office 1601, Hamdan Bin Mohammed Street, P.O. Box 43698, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

2. What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, the type of enquiry, subject and message, and, if you choose to give them, your company and phone number.
• Job application form: your name, email address, phone number, the position you apply for and your CV, with whatever information it contains.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details, which we use to protect the forms from spam and abuse; and standard server logs (such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested).

Please do not include sensitive data (such as health information or ID numbers) unless it is needed. This website is not intended for anyone under 18.

Cookies and browser storage are used only to remember your language and display-theme preferences (and, for the current visit, that you have seen the opening animation). We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set a short-lived security cookie to distinguish visitors from automated abuse. Share buttons on news and project pages are plain links: nothing is loaded from those networks unless you click one, and the privacy policy of that network then applies. Site search runs entirely in your browser: the words you search for are not sent to us or included in our statistics.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

• To reply to your enquiry, based on your consent (the box you tick on the form) and on the steps you ask us to take.
• To assess your job application and contact you about it, based on your consent and on the steps needed before a possible employment contract.
• To keep the website and forms secure and free of spam, and to produce anonymous visitor statistics and overall form-usage counts for internal reporting, as necessary to operate and protect the website.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make decisions about you by automated means alone.

4. Who we share it with

Inside the company, enquiries are read only by the staff who handle the type of enquiry you choose (administration, tenders or procurement), and applications only by our Human Resources team. We also use service providers that process data on our behalf for website hosting; email delivery and email security; spam protection on forms; and privacy-friendly visitor statistics. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a competent authority.

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. Such transfers take place only as permitted by UAE law, with contractual and security safeguards. The website uses an encrypted connection, and uploaded CVs are checked for harmful content.

5. How long we keep it

Form submissions are sent to us by email and are not stored on the web server; an uploaded CV is held there only while the form is processed and is then deleted.

• Enquiries: kept as part of our business correspondence.
• Applications and CVs: one year from receipt, so that we can also consider you for future openings, and then deleted.
• Server access logs: one year.
• Anti-abuse counters, which hold a one-way coded value derived from your IP address rather than the address itself: deleted automatically within two days.

6. Your rights

Subject to the conditions set by UAE law, you may ask us to give you access to your data and a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, or to restrict or object to its processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
