Scope of work
- Approx. 2.5 km of new carriageway from Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street to Mina Link
- 575 m closed tunnel at –1 level with open trough sections and ramps
- 750 m one-way, two-lane tunnel at –2 level linking Corniche Road to Yas and Saadiyat islands
- One-way flyover connecting Yas and Saadiyat islands with Hamdan Street
- Two underpass bridges and at-grade roads with intersections
- Pedestrian realm, cycle lanes, bus stops, signage and overhead gantries
- 24/7 access maintained to AD Ports HQ and the port
